1. About Ask MoLi

Ask MoLi is the service name used for this Beta product. It provides AI-assisted conversation, structured Check-ins, reflective tools, and Eastern Wisdom features intended to support personal reflection and general guidance.

2. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account or using Ask MoLi, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and AI Guidance Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in the place where you live. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that occurs through your account. Please provide accurate account information and do not create accounts for abusive, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.

4. Beta service

The current service is a Beta. Features may change, be added, be removed, or temporarily become unavailable while the product is tested and improved. Ask MoLi may correct defects, change technical providers, or adjust limits when reasonably necessary to operate the service.

5. AI-generated guidance

Ask MoLi uses artificial intelligence. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or based on misunderstandings. You should use your own judgment and independently verify information that matters to an important decision.

Ask MoLi is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency services. Please review the AI Guidance Disclaimer before relying on any output.

6. Eastern Wisdom and symbolic features

Tarot, I Ching, Bone Weight and other Eastern Wisdom or symbolic features are provided for reflection, cultural exploration, and entertainment. They do not guarantee predictions, future events, outcomes, diagnosis, or factual certainty.

7. Your content

You retain responsibility for the information you choose to submit. You give Ask MoLi permission to process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit information that you do not have the right to share. Because some Ask MoLi topics can be highly personal, avoid including unnecessary identifiers or third-party private information.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Ask MoLi, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent technical limits, scrape or overload the service, use automated systems to abuse the Beta, or use the service for unlawful activity.

9. Safety and emergencies

Ask MoLi is not an emergency service and cannot monitor you continuously. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service available in your location.

10. Feedback

If you submit product feedback, you allow Ask MoLi to use that feedback to evaluate and improve the service. The Feedback tool does not automatically attach your chat transcript; only submit information you want Ask MoLi to receive.

11. Privacy

How Ask MoLi handles account information, conversations, Check-ins, feedback and service records is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Suspension or termination

Ask MoLi may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, maintain service security, or address serious violations of these Terms. You may stop using Ask MoLi at any time and may request account or data deletion using the contact details below.

13. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Beta service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ask MoLi does not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not excluded.

14. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ask MoLi is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on AI-generated or symbolic content where the user should reasonably have sought independent professional or factual verification. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to these Terms

Ask MoLi may update these Terms as the Beta develops. Material changes may be shown in the service or through another reasonable notice. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
